Do you accept insurance?
We do not take insurance, this includes Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance. Most of these services are elective and not medically necessary, therefore insurance companies will not cover them. You are welcome to ask for a statement to attempt to receive reimbursement from your insurance company.
